My experience with the hotel was very bad. 1) Before booking they told us that they will provide parking but after booking when we called and asked about parking they told us that they can't provide parking. In reality, when we arrived at the hotel and asked about parking,they denied for taxi parking even after there was space for parking. As they didnt provide parking driver had to take the car to a place outside nainital which is 10 km away as there was no parking available in nainital.Next day when we asked about parking again because of all these problems the manager told that he would provide parking. You can't trust their words.Thats why we had to manage parking somewhere else which took so much time in searching. 2.We have called the hotel 5 times to get confirmation about our booking. But on each time they said that they are outside and asked us to call the next day. We booked 10 days before our check in date but get confirmation only on the day before the check in date after calling so many times. 3. Room was dirty, mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep, there was no dustbin and bedsheet was worn out and blankets were very old and dirty and there was no hot water cattle in the room.

I visited Nainital second time in June 2019. We were 06 members. I again booked Hotel New Bharat from my previous experience. This time i was disappointed with the Room (Family Quad Room) and service. Firstly... Family Quad Room condition was very bad along with the toilet (Exhaust condition was bad.) Secondly ... Complimentary pickup from Mall road service was useless. Previously i booked this hotel (New Bharat) in 2013, services was excellent. That time the manager (Mr. Manu) was very active and helpful. " The Hotel New Bharat must improve his SERVICES"

Service in the hotel was good. Especially Ravinder bro was very helpful and guided us to places to visit. They need to increase the standard of the rooms. If anybody is booking this hotel through OYO pls check with the hotel before arriving there. We have been denied check in because hotel received less amount from OYO. Guest are facing difficulty because of the issue of OYO and hotels. Hotel management tells the issue to the guest only after they arrive. It’s very bad. Rating should given low but because of Ravinder bro, I am giving this rating.

I planned to stay in this hotel four nights but because of there service and worst rooms just stayed only one day. Terrible experience couldn’t suggest anyone to go there. Rooms not worth of Rs 500. Thank god finally checked out from this hotel..

It was my group tour for this hotel and it was a budget group, but i got great services from this hotel and my whole group enjoyed it. Mr Ravindra Singh Ji is very helpful person. Staff is nice and nice locations. Its good budget hotel to stay in Nainital. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for an budget and good stay.
